The Lithgow Library is excited to announce an exciting new program suited for children 5-12 years who have a creative mind and love exploring and experimenting!
Calling all S.T.E.A.M punks!
This is an exciting new program that explores all the different elements of STEAM through different activities.
This program will be held weekly at the Lithgow Library during the first school term from 3.30pm-5pm.
Each fortnight we will focus on a different area of S.T.E.A.M starting with science and ending with Math’s.
What is STEAM? STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. It’s all about using creativity and critical thinking to solve problems, explore new ideas, and have fun with hands-on learning! In this program, children will engage in activities that combine these subjects in exciting and interactive ways.
